GoWithGuide is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Marketer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing successful social media strategies. In addition, candidates must have experience in reaching out and building relationships with influencers.
- Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with GoWithGuide’s business goals and objectives
- Create and curate engaging and relevant content for all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Monitor and respond to customer comments and questions in a timely and professional manner
- Analyze data and metrics to measure the success of social media campaigns and make informed decisions
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive brand message
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
- Research and identify potential influencers and partners in the travel and tourism industry
- Build relationships with influencers and partners to increase GoWithGuide’s visibility and credibility through collaborations and partnerships
- 3+ years of proven experience as a social media marketer or similar role
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities
- Experience with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite and Sprout Social
- Experience in creating and managing paid social media campaigns
- Experience for media outreach
- Experience in building relationships with influencers and partners in the travel and tourism industry
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
